Questions, corrections, or a topic to add
This site is maintained by hand, by one person who reads every message. There's no support ticket system and no chatbot standing between you and an answer.
Send an email
The simplest way to reach us. Whether you found something confusing, spotted an error, or want to suggest a new guide topic, an email works best.
We aim to reply within a few days. If you're writing about a guide, mentioning the chapter name helps us find what you mean quickly.
Good things to write in about
- A step in one of the guides that didn't work as described on your computer.
- A term we used without explaining it clearly.
- A topic you wish we covered — new guides are added based on real questions.
- A success story — we like hearing when someone gets a local model running for the first time.
What we can't help with
We're not a technical support line for a specific piece of software, and we can't give personal medical, legal, or financial advice. For those, please see a qualified professional — Chapter 03 talks about exactly this distinction.
